Since 2012, Action Property Management has utilized the VIVO Portal as a way to make life easier for its Residents – with features such as submitting Work Orders, downloading documents, signing up for eStatements, updating contact information, and making online payments. But it’s time for a change.
Action is excited to say “goodbye” to VIVO and “hello” to the Resident Portal! The Resident Portal has taken all of the features that you loved about VIVO and improved them, as well as added some new features (more to come) and make it mobile friendly. Works great regardless of how you are accessing it – cell phone, tablet, or computer!

It is with great pleasure that we announce the arrival of Kate (Brindise) Drobny, our new General Manager at The Harrison. Kate comes to us with a wealth of experience managing luxury properties in Chicago and San Francisco. Her most recent experience was starting up Lumina in San Francisco from construction to developer run to homeowner control. She is looking forward to meeting everyone at The Harrison, and working closely with all of you to create a fantastic community. We are so thrilled that she has joined the Action team at The Harrison!
This message is intended to inform you of a slight operational change to better serve the building, with regards to the building’ service elevator. Please be advised that effective Sunday, July 30th, the service elevators will be unavailable for general use every day from 12 noon to 1pm (7 days a week) to allow for the housekeeping team to more efficiently manage the trash collection throughout the building. The loading dock reservations remain the same with 2 time slots: 8am-12pm and 1pm-5pm. Please be mindful of this daily shutdown when scheduling deliveries or using the service elevator as a mode of transportation going forward. If you need to access the B1 level during this time frame, please use the passenger elevator to the 1st floor and transfer to the stairwell to reach the next level down.

The Management team is working with the Board of Directors to source a new, more sustainable provider of food and drink selections for The Pantry. Look for more announcements coming soon!
